Absolutely! All projects require an initial deposit to secure your spot. You’ll have the option of selecting a payment plan during our onboarding process. We’re happy to chat about payment plan options on a discovery call, or you can always reach out to us!

We've built sites on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify. As experienced designers and web developers, we’ll be happy to explain the difference between these sites and help you choose which would be best for your business during a discovery call.

We strive to help you create a purposeful brand that is well-aligned with your goals. In our experience, when old and new design elements are merged together, the resulting solution can appear disjointed and may not effectively communicate your message to your target audience. In order to guarantee the success of your project and maintain our high standards of quality, we do not incorporate existing logos or design elements into our work.
However, we do offer Brand Refresh packages that can be combined with website packages to provide you with a fully cohesive brand identity for your business. A Brand Refresh will preserve all of the branding elements that are working for you and only update those that do not serve a purpose, ensuring that every detail is aligned with your business goals and values.
P.S. If you’re unsure about your current branding, we’re happy to give you an unbiased second opinion! But keep in mind, without data and research, it’ll only be an opinion.

Anything we custom-create for you will be included in the package, but your business may require additional investments. Examples of additional costs include:
Branding:
Font licenses
Printing costs
Image licensesWebsite:
Web hosting (Ex: Squarespace subscription)
Domain registration and email licensing
Mailing integration platform
Third-party pluginsThese costs aren't applicable to all projects. Some are one-time fees, while others operate on a subscription basis. What you spend will ultimately depend on what you need. While the brands we work with are typically more established, we do work with new business owners who want to invest in professional branding upfront. Due to the in-depth nature of our work, we don’t offer any “Logo Only”-type packages, but you can customize The Signature Package for branding only or opt for the ‘Design Intensive’ if you have limited investment resources.

As a boutique design studio, our availability varies. We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance. For businesses who need branding done in a shorter timeline, our Design Intensive days often have the soonest availability! To learn about our soonest availability, reach out to us.
